• Each player may only open one account using their own genuine details. Opening additional accounts under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods is not allowed.
• Your personal details must be genuine — your name, phone number, and payment account must match your player name. hi98 is not responsible for any issues arising from providing false information.
• Players confirm that they are accessing this platform from a region/country where doing so is permitted. Compliance with local laws is the player's own responsibility.

Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Access

Players must keep their username and password completely confidential. hi98 is not responsible for any losses resulting from sharing an account with anyone else. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account without your consent, contact hi98 support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

If any information provided at registration changes (e.g. phone number), the player must update it right away. hi98 is not responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by failure to update this information.

3.3 SSL and Privacy Protection

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

hi98 currently accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks) only.

4.2 Financial Responsibilities

Players must confirm that their playing funds come from legitimate income. hi98 reserves the right to investigate any payment suspected of money laundering and may place a hold on communication records if necessary.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at hi98 can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 20 times before any winnings related to it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific conditions depending on the type of game being played.
• Bonuses will only count toward the withdrawable amount once the wagering requirement is fully met. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• hi98 reserves the right to modify bonus programs with or without prior notice.
• Accounts of players who claim bonuses with fraudulent intent will be suspended / closed.

Gaming Fairness and Game Rules

hi98 is a platform that guarantees fair play for all players. Game software is free from manipulation and uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to produce results.

6.1 Prohibited Actions

Players must not engage in any of the following actions—

• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or exploits for gain
• Bonus Abuse — using arbitrage betting or coordinated play to fraudulently extract bonuses
• Using bots or automated scripts during gameplay
• Attempting to manipulate or alter game results after play
• Unauthorised access to or interception of the game's network protocol

6.2 Game Disputes

If a player wishes to dispute a game result, they must submit the case to the hi98 support team within 72 hours of the game being completed. The server log is the sole tool for verification, and its decision is final.

VIP Levels and Referral Program

7.1 VIP Tiers (Cashback)

At hi98, players can level up through VIP tiers based on their play volume and betting history. There are four VIP tiers, with cashback rates as follows—

The hi98 team will regularly review players' betting history to determine VIP tier upgrades. Cashback is paid out every Monday.

7.2 Referral Program

When a player refers their friends to hi98, the referrer will receive the following rewards—

• Receive 8% of the referred friend's first deposit as bonus credit (maximum 30,000 Ks per person)
• Receive 0.1% of referred friends' valid bets as weekly commission

For a referral to be valid, the referred person must be a new player. Referrals created with the intent of bonus abuse may be cancelled.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

hi98 prioritises the health and financial wellbeing of its players. Gaming is intended for entertainment only and should not be treated as a primary source of income.

Intellectual Property and Player Conduct Policy

9.1 Intellectual Property

All designs, code, text, images, and trademarks on the hi98 website are legally protected intellectual property of hi98. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Player Code of Conduct

Players must use respectful language when communicating with staff and other players via 24/7 Live Chat. Hostile behaviour, harassment, or offensive language will result in a warning, and repeated violations will lead to account suspension or closure.

Limitation of Liability and Right to Amend Terms

10.1 Service Interruption / Delay

For circumstances beyond our control — including network outages, server maintenance, cyberattacks or unexpected events (Force Majeure) — hi98 is not liable if services are disrupted. Should this occur, we will make every effort to notify players as quickly as possible.

10.2 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

hi98 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, continued use of the site after the update is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Please check regularly.
